How does per-message pricing work?

Your plan covers your numbers, contacts and features for the month. Every message you send is then billed at your plan's rate: 2¢ on Starter, 1.5¢ on Growth and 1¢ on Scale. No bundles to use up and no credits that expire.

What counts as one message?

A standard text holds up to 160 characters, or 70 if it includes emoji. Longer messages are split into segments automatically, and each segment counts as one message.

Can customers text back?

Yes. Every Click Send number is two-way. Replies land in your shared inbox, where your team can answer, tag and follow up.

Do my customers need to opt in?

Yes. Promotional texts need your customers' consent. Click Send gives you sign-up keywords, web forms and automatic STOP handling so you stay compliant without the busywork.

Can I keep my existing number?

In most cases, yes. You can text-enable your current landline or toll-free number, or bring a mobile number over to Click Send.

Can I switch plans later?
